The upholstery is made of imported solid pine wood frame, which is hard and strong. It is treated with anti-corrosion, anti-insect, and moisture-proof techniques. E1 grade solid wood plywood is used, and the side panels, back panel, and seat panel of the internal frame are cut by CNC without allowing segmented splicing. High-resilience cutting cotton is used with sponge density above 45#. It has passed CA TB 117-2013 and BS 5852 tests, where the sponge self-extinguishes within 10 seconds after the fire source is removed. It can evenly support the weight and maintain good performance under normal loading conditions. The 4mm furniture bending plate is used to shape the furniture internal frame. The foot pad is a 20*7mm adjustable foot.
