ZhenFund, established in 2011, is a seed fund to invest in the most promising innovators. grado has built ZhenFund’s office in the Beijing CBD.

The waiting area beside reception is designed for the convenience of innovators seeking for cooperation. If the reception is like a book cover, then waiting area definitely works as the contents of ZhenFund to “outline” the company’s culture and values. Based on which, grado has arranged a group of Hug Lounge Chairs in saturated red to offer “kindly support” both physically and on the visitors’ career. Ray Coffee Tables in pure white are perfect match to the Chairs, making a balanced view on coloration and heights.

While for this less formal meeting space, we specially selected the off-white fabric and our Swell Sofa and Geometry Pouf with curved silhouette so as to create a bright and lightweight visual effect. The old-schooled big name JLL has made an unconventional step of upgrading their traditional workstation office into an open plan floor, encouraging more flexibility and interaction. JLL creatively decided to set up a hotel-styled lobby instead of the traditional reception as the first step of their renaissance on office interiors, making both her staff and visitors feel like home. While the selected loose furniture including Queen Chairs, Lotus Poufs and Flux Tables are functional for collaboration.

grado is beyond happy to congratulate anySCALE the interiors design studio on winning the Asia Pacific Property Awards on 23 June 2022 in London for their HUATECH and Verizon office designs. It’s definitely a great honor for grado as well, since we partnered with anySCALE in the HUATECH project by providing our several loose furniture products. The Asia Pacific Property Award is one of the most acclaimed industry awards throughout the region. This year’s competition brought together all of the best property professionals from across the Asia Pacific to recognize the most impressive projects. anySCALE’s designs for the Hong Kong based Verizon Office and the HUATECH office in Nanjing, China, were competing for this mark of excellence in the “Office Interior” category.
